Mike Sotis - Member

Mike Soltis is a member of Building Cash Flow.  Graduating from St. Mary’s University in 1992 with a BA in Biology, he has had the opportunity to operate and manage a startup manufacturing facility in California. Since then his primary focus has been within the Print Industry where he has managed, developed, negotiated and purchased hundreds of millions in print and promotional related materials. Being an entrepreneur and always searching for new goals, Mike undertook the family real estate investments and has managed and developed these properties to what they are today. Working in real estate and looking for opportunities to increase profits and cash flow has led Mike and his three brothers to start Building Cash Flow(BCF). Mike’s hobbies include family time, networking with family and friends, golfing, working around the house and enjoying our great Chicago Sports teams.

Jerry Soltis - Member

Jerry Soltis is a member of Building Cash Flow. In 1987 he completed an internship with United Airlines and graduated from Southern Illinois University in 1988 with a degree in Aviation Management. Jerry's career started out as a First Officer for a small air ambulance company flying turboprops out of Janesville, Wisconsin. In February of 1989 he began a career as a Flight Officer with United Airlines where he currently is a Captain of a Boeing 767. In 2004 Jerry began a second career managing residential real estate in San Antonio, Texas where he resides with his wife, Jennifer, and two sons, Austin and Peyton. He is also an active partner in the family real estate ventures along with his brothers, Jeff, Mike, and Steve. Jerry's interests include motorcycling, snowmobiling, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.

Steve Soltis - Member

 Steve Soltis is a member of Building Cash Flow.  He graduated from St. Mary’s University just a year after his brother Mike, (in1993) with a BA in Business and Marketing.  His first position after his collegiate career was with an Insurance Firm managing a large portfolio. While his undertaking in the Insurance business, Steve’s true passion was and still is aviation. Thus Steve has mastered his industry and is presently a Captain for major air carrier. Steve presently holds multiple certificates of merit within the aviation industry and is recognized highly by his peers. Again, Steve has not stopped and he has ventured into the real estate arena, managing residential rentals. Along with his brother Mike, Steve is also a partner within the family real estate ventures. Steve hobbies include traveling, golf, basketball and a great steak and wine dinner.

Jeff Soltis - Member

Jeff Soltis is a member of Building Cash Flow.  Graduating from Arizona State University in 1988 with a BS in Aeronautical Engineering, he has established a career in aviation flying with a major air carrier.  Receiving many accolades with his airline, Jeff not only flies the aircraft but has managed pilots groups as well. Following in his families footsteps, he has also ventured out in the real estate markets managing various properties in the commercial and private markets.  While he still devotes much of his time in the aviation arena flying aircraft, he has found much enjoyment working with his family business.  His other interest include golf, riding his Harley, and evenings in the back yard grilling steaks with his children.
